What we do for builders
Most of our builder work is frame stage on multi-lot and single-lot residential, with cladding, fascia and gutter, and rectification work behind it. All of it is done in-house under our own licence classes, so you're not managing a sub-subbie.
- Wall frames, roof frames and trusses — prefab or stick
- Floor systems, steel beams and posts, frame straightening
- James Hardie and composite cladding, sarking, flashings, soffits
- Metal fascias and gutters
- Fixout and final fit — doors, jambs, skirting, trim, wet-area fixout
- Structural rectification and termite damage repair
How we run it
- Crew of three — Jordan on the tools plus a leading hand and a qualified tradesman
- Purchase-order based. Every invoice carries your PO and site address
- SWMS, insurances and licence copies in the pack before day one
- You'll know the day before if anything's going to move
