Over fifteen years on the tools across residential and commercial work, for homeowners and builders both. If it's timber or it holds something up, we've probably built one.
Decks & Patios
Merbau, treated pine or hardwood. Bearers, joists, decking, handrails and stairs, built to span tables and signed off properly.
Frames & Structural
Wall and roof framing for new builds, extensions and rectification. This is the bread and butter — most of our builder work is frame stage.
Cladding, Fascia & Roofing Trades
Weatherboard, sheet and composite cladding, plus metal fascia and gutter work. Licensed for roof and wall cladding, so it's not a subbie-out job.
Bathrooms & Renovations
Bathroom and ensuite renovations, and internal work through the rest of the house. We do the carpentry, cabinetry, linings and floor coverings, and bring in licensed trades for the plumbing, waterproofing and electrical.
Custom Builds & Sheds
The jobs that don't fit a category. Sheds, carports, garages, screening, barn doors, built-in joinery, whatever the drawing says.
Retaining Walls & Fences
Sleeper walls, boundary walls and Colorbond fencing. Structural landscaping is one of our licensed classes, so the engineering side is covered.

The job gets booked in
Once you're happy, we lock in a start date and you'll know who's coming and when.
You're kept in the loop
You'll hear from us if anything changes. Nothing gets added to the bill without you agreeing to it in writing first.
Word of mouth, mostly
This business runs on referrals — homeowners and trades both. All three are word for word, nothing edited.

We recently had our high-set, angled upper windows replaced by the team, and I couldn't be happier with the results. As you can see from our photos, this wasn't an easy straightforward job. It required a lot of skill, indoor scaffolding, and a cherry picker lift to safely access the exterior of our high ceilings. The difference in the before-and-after is amazing—the new windows look modern, clean, and let in so much beautiful light without the old security mesh blocking the view. The window replacement gave the opportunity for a feature wall and Jordan organised a very competent and efficient painter to complete the job with attention to detail and great clean up afterwards. So pleased with our new house!
The finish was clean and accurate, and he got on with it without needing to be chased. He's now our go-to for carpentry on all sorts of jobs.

Search the number on the QBCC website and you'll see the licence, the classes and the expiry. We'd rather you did than take our word for it.
Insured and current
Public Liability and WorkCover Queensland, both current. Certificates of currency go out the same day you ask for them.
Builders keep calling back
Most of our frame-stage work is for builders we've done multiple jobs for. In this trade that's the review that counts.
Brisbane and the northern Gold Coast
We're based at Ormeau, which puts us about halfway between the two. Recent jobs have been in these suburbs, but if you're near any of them, ring and ask.
