Precise Carpentry Concepts is run by Jordan Webber out of Ormeau, working across Brisbane and the northern Gold Coast.
The short version
Jordan's been on the tools for more than fifteen years, on everything from residential decks and retaining walls through to frame stage on multi-lot builds. The business started as a sole trader and now runs as Precise Carpentry Concepts Pty Ltd with a small crew — a leading hand and a qualified tradesman — so there's enough on the ground to keep a job moving without it turning into a company you can never get on the phone.
Most of the work comes through word of mouth and repeat builder clients, which is the way we'd like to keep it. That only happens if the job's right and people hear about it when something changes.

- Free site visit and a written, fixed-price quote
- Nothing added to the bill without a variation you've agreed to in writing
- Site left tidy at the end of every day
- Straight answer if the job's not worth doing the way it's been drawn

Certificates of currency and licence copies go out with every subcontractor pack — ask and they'll be in your inbox the same day.
If you're a builder reading this
We carry our own insurances, hold a company licence to $800k under Self-Certification 2, and can send a full subcontractor pack — insurances, licences, SWMS — before we set foot on site. Frame stage, cladding, fascia and rectification work are all in-house.
